Cabinet Maker

The Cabinet Maker is responsible for performing essential functions such as reading and following provided blueprints, assembling units and preforming final touch-ups such as trimming and sanding, operating and utilizing hand tools and machinery, and ensuring that quality is maintained throughout the duration of custom cabinetry projects. .

CNC Operator

The CNC Operator is in charge of loading materials onto the CNC table and operating the machine using the files selected from the program library.  The operator is also responsible for the maintenance of the machine to ensure it continues to cut accurately with quality results.

Cabinet Installer

The Installer is responsible for installing completed projects at an off-premises job site using sketches or building plans to determine accurate placement. Installers are in charge of verifying the core of the structure and making adjustments necessary to finished product to ensure a quality installation, all while following established safety rules and regulations, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Shop Foreman

The Shop Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production, operating workers, and monitoring project production by helping to maintain an orderly, safe and secure working environment. In addition, the Shop Foreman is responsible for overseeing quality control measures as outlined by the company.

Finish

The Finisher is in charge of sanding the products and the application of stains, glazes, and water base and solvent lacquers. In addition, the Finisher ensures quality in the finishing of all cabinets, furniture, and other woodworking products. The Finisher must have an eye for detail with the blending of stains to various woods and products

Mill Man

The Mill Man is responsible for fabricating custom cabinetry parts and other custom wood pieces during projects to specified dimensions, and inspecting all wood for imperfections. In addition, the Mill Man is responsible for the maintenance of the machinery used during the course of the given project.

Delivery Driver

Delivery Driver is to drive a truck to deliver/pick-up merchandise and/or materials from job sites or any supplier facility. The Delivery Driver is expected to obey traffic laws, follow established traffic/transportation procedures and be responsible for the inspection of the vehicle and trailer equipment. In addition, the Delivery Driver is expected to notify management of any mechanical problems or concerns with the delivery equipment. The Delivery Driver will also be expected to fill in at the position of an entry level Cabinet Maker, when necessary.

Project Manager

The Project Manager reads blueprints or designs from homeowners to communicate the project to the Trueline shop team. The Project Manager stays in constant communication with the client and serves as a liaison between the client and the shop foreman to ensure a smooth transaction of information. In addition, the Project Manager serves as a team lead in solving complex problems. This position is in charge of scheduling all installation and pickup dates with clientele. On occasion, the Project Manager will go on sales calls and work on getting new leads for the company.  An agreed commission will be paid over and above the base salary.

Logistics Supporter

Logistics supporter is responsible for the safety and flow of the production.  They are to support the shop manager making sure they have everything they need in order to produce cabinetry in an efficient and safe manner, Including adequate floor space, material inventory, hardware inventory, screws, bumpers, etc.   The logistics supporter will create build packets for production, working alongside the engineers.
